Mr. Escalante holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida State University. He has over 20 years experience in direct distribution and indirect channel management. Specializing in national platform development for cutting edge wireless data products he participated in cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer care, fulfillment, sales & marketing, technical support, financial planning and product development resulting in market leading success.

Mr. Escalante accepted a position as vice president of a real estate development company with direct responsibility for a $55 million budget, planning, entitlements, product development, construction, sales and marketing completing all initiatives prior to his departure to join Novelle.

Skilled at designing, operating processes, plan execution, resource optimization and team development with strong customer focus.

He served as Vice President, Operation and Sales and COO at Garden of Life where he raised EBITDA from negative $2M to a positive $2M within 12 months; exceeded all revenue targets while reducing operational expenses $500,000.00.
